Smothered Potatoes and Gravy

Ingredients

6 - 8 Russet Potatoes (amount is determined by you)



2 cups Chicken Broth for Gravy 



2 - 4 cups Chicken Broth to cover your Potatoes 



3 tbsp All Purpose Flour 



1 tsp seasoning (I used Creole Kick) 



Salt and Pepper or Seasoning Salt 



1/8 - 1/2 tsp Crushed Pepper Flakes 



2 tbsp Bacon Grease (optional) or Butter 



1 large White or Yellow Onion, diced or chopped

It's very simple, classic country cooking - nothing particularly extraordinary about it or anything, but potatoes prepared this way are just so delicious and comforting.
