Roasted Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

1 bag Roasted Sweet Potatoes (774), thawed



1/2 cup brown sugar



1/4 tsp salt



1/2 tsp ground cinnamon



1 egg, beaten



4 Tbsp butter, melted



8 oz miniature marshmallows

Branch out with this delicious layered sweet potato dish for your next get-together.

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.



2. Mash sweet potatoes in a large bowl until desired consistency.



3. Mix in brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, egg, and melted butter.



4. Place half of mixture into a baking dish coated with butter.



5. Top with half of marshmallows and remaining sweet potato mixture.



6. Bake 30 minutes than top with remaining marshmallows.




7. Continue to bake 10 additional minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.



Tips: Add chopped pecans over top for a nutty crunchy option.
