Hash Brown and Brat Casserole

Ingredients

3/4 bag Shredded Hash Browns (753), frozen



2 Tbsp butter



1 tsp salt



1 tsp fresh-ground black pepper



1 pkg Fully Cooked Bratwurst (419), slightly thawed and cut into bite size pieces



1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese



6 large eggs



1 1/2 cups milk

Brats adds flavor and spice to this hash brown must-have dish.3/4 bag Shredded Hash Browns (753), frozen

Instructions

1.  Preheat a large skillet. Add butter, hash brown and seasoning to taste, cook 8-10 minutes. Flip halfway through cook time.



2. Stir in brats and cheese. Place into a 13x9-inch baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking oil.



3. Whisk together eggs, milk, and remaining salt. Pour over potato mixture.



4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.



Tip: For additional flavor add roasted peppers and onions.
