Fiesta Taco Casserole
Ingredients
1/2 cup diced onions
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can (15 oz) chili style beans
2 cups prepared pasta
1 cup salsa
1 cup queso cheese sauce
1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
A tasty one-dish version of "Taco Night". All of the great flavor of tacos in one delicious dish.
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix together chicken, onions, seasoning, beans, pasta and salsa.
3. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
4. Top with cheeses and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
5. Sprinkle tortilla chips and cilantro over top and serve.
