4 Bacon Strips or 1 tbsp Olive Oil or 1 tbsp rendered Bacon Fat
1 Yellow Onion
4 Garlic Cloves, smashed and peeled
2 cups Beef Broth
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
